Damage Control (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Damage_Control_%28comics%29) has popped up in a couple of limited run miniseries to sweep up the broken glass and pull down the webbing (just kidding Spiderman's webbing dissolves after a few hours) whenever some Marvel property gets worked over. There must be policy that involves "Cape Incidents" if you live in the city. Its cool that the Fantastic Four essentially saved us all from being killed, but now I have to drive halfway around the city to get to work due to the large holes in the ground left from Mole Man.
