First Ever Mondo Mystery Movie

Thanks to everyone who made it out to our first ever Mondo Mystery Movie! As you may have heard by now, the movie was Akira and the poster was by Tyler Stout. It was a great night, and really nice to have Tyler and his wife here as our guest on his birthday. (We even had cake to celebrate.) People started lining up a few hours in advance of the show, and by 9:30 the line was out the door. We started things off with some tom foolery + sneak peeks of upcoming Mondo projects, and ended the evening with an opportunity to snag Tyler’s amazing rendition of Akira. Already looking forward to the next MMM!

Kill Bill and Kill Bill Variant On Sale Now!

Last week we dropped in at the New Beverly Theater in Los Angeles to sell posters to celebrate Quentin Tarantino’s first public screening of KILL BILL: THE WHOLE BLOODY AFFAIR. Today we have the regular edition that was sold at the show as well as a Japanese “rice paper” version.

Paul + The FP + The FP Variant Available Tonight

Our first batch of posters for SXSW screenings have arrived! PAUL and THE FP will both be available in-store at Mondo on S. Lamar starting tonight at 5pm. We will also have THE FP posters available for the world premiere of the film on Sunday March 13 11:15PM outside of the screening at Alamo S. Lamar. Any posters that we don’t sell during SXSW will be available online the week of 3/20.
